Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

Damage due to shipping

All of our products are tested for quality, and all shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouses. Upon delivery of your order, please check your product carefully to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping.  You will need to provide detailed information for any product damaged and photo proof during shipping within that timeframe. All claims for damaged product must be made within 72 hours. Please email hempnursing@gmail.com and provide detailed information for any damaged product. We will send you a replacement product free of charge and will pay for the return of the damaged product.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with our products, you may request a refund of the full purchase price minus shipping costs within 30 days of the product received date. Customer is responsible for return shipping. To complete your return, please email hempnursing@gmail.com and provide a brief explanation of why the product is being returned and when it was purchased.  Ship it and keep a record of proof of mailing (postmark date must be not more than 30 days after you received it).  Please be aware that you will be responsible for any shipping charges incurred in the return. Once your return is received and reviewed, we will issue a refund or exchange for the value of the product. We cannot refund the original shipping fees (if any) paid on the order.
